Front and back covers both have multiple flaws, pages are off-white to cream, worn corners, heavy creasing on spine, slight tear on middle right of back cover, slight stain on bottom right of back cover, water stain on bottom left of back cover. Yet with all its flaws, this book still has appeal. This comic is raw grade, newsstand edition. Pictures indicate the condition of the book, scans are of the actual book. While not a professional grader I would consider the book to be in F/VF condition, although one should allow for variances in grade value interpretations.
