Front and back covers both have some minor blemishes and slight dirt/wear with age. Multiple small creases along the spine and corners. Some wear on the corners. Pages are off-white to cream. This comic is raw grade, newsstand edition. Pictures indicate the condition of the book, scans are of the actual book. While not a professional grader I would consider the book to be in F/VF condition, although one should allow for variances in grade value interpretations.
