George A. Romero Empire of the Dead #1 :  2014 : MARVEL :  This comic is in excellent condition. Front and back covers are bright and shiny with almost no blemishes. Some slight wear on the corners and along the spine. Couple of very small creases along the spine as well. Pages are white. The book is raw grade direct edition. Pictures show the condition of the item, scans are of the actual book. Though not a professional grader , I would consider the book to be VF/NM, though one should allow for variances related to grade value interpretations. Ultimately, you are paying for the perceived value of the book and fair market value, not a letter/# grade. Comic will ship bagged and boarded.
