Front and back cover have very few blemishes, a few small creases on both covers, some very slight wear on the corners and a few small creases on the spine. Slight dirt and wear with age. Pages are off-white. The book is raw grade, newsstand edition. Though not a professional grader, I would consider the book to be in F/VF condition, though one should allow for variances related to grade value interpretations. Ultimately, you are paying for the perceived value of the book and fair market value, not a letter/# grade. Comic will ship bagged and boarded.
