Slight dirt and wear with age. The book is raw grade, newsstand edition. Though not a professional grader, I would consider the book to be in Very Good to Fine condition, though one should allow for variances related to grade value interpretations. Ultimately, you are paying for the perceived value of the book and fair market value, not a letter/# grade. Comic will ship bagged and boarded.
