Mind the Gap: Issue #1. The comic is in extremely good condition, with a couple minor creases and a little wear on the bottom left corner, and is signed by the creator and one of the artists for the comic: Jim McCann and Rodin Esquejo. Pictures indicate the condition of the book, pictures/scans are of the actual book.  While not a professional grader, I would consider the book to be in NM condition, although one should allow for variances in grade value interpretations. In the end, you are paying for the perceived value of the book and fair market value, not the specific Grade Letter/Number. The comic in the pictures is the actual book. Comic will ship bagged and boarded.
