Front cover displays some blemishes, bottom left corner of front cover is worn, and spine shows some creasing. Yet with all its flaws, this book still has appeal. This comic is raw grade, direct edition. Pictures indicate the condition of the book, scans are of the actual book. While not a professional grader I would consider the book to be in F/VF condition, although one should allow for variances in grade value interpretations.
