Superman: Issue 50. The comic is in very good condition, with the top staple off by a bit and stress marks around the stapling. Pictures indicate the condition of the book, pictures/scans are of the actual book. While not a professional grader , I would consider the book to be in VF condition, although one should allow for variances in grade value interpretations. In the end, you are paying for the perceived value of the book and fair market value, not the specific Grade Letter/Number. The comic in the pictures is the actual book.
