The Uncanny X-Men Annual #8 from the original 1963 series : MARVEL : 1984 :  This comic is in decent shape for its age. Multiple small creases along the spine. Wear on all the corners. Small folds with color breaks on the corners. Some minor wear and dirt with age. Pages are intact and off-white to cream. Comic is raw grade, direct edition.  Pictures indicate the condition of the book, scans are of the actual book. While not a professional grader, I would consider the book to be in F/VF condition, although one should allow for variances in grade value interpretations.
